I. Function & Applications
XGY Pipe Hydrostatic Pressure & Bursting Testing Machine is used to do instant bursting test and long time pressure test on plastic pipes for fluid transport, like to measure the damage time of thermoplastic pipe under a constant pressure. This instrument is composed of a main frame of pressure control, a constant temperature tank and end caps. For this product is of high precision, good looks, simple structure, good stability and convenient operation, it becomes a necessary testing equipment for research institutes, quality inspection departments and pipe manufacturers.

A. Features of main frame

B. Features of constant-temperature tank
Constant-temperature tank is composed of the tank body, imported circulation pump, heating unit and temperature keeping system.
1. The body is composed of structural frame, bottom, 304# stainless steel internal bladder, and stainless steel or aluminum alloy outer covering.
2. Thick heat insulation of rigid polyurethane foam ensures the constant temperature and energy saving performance.
3. The cover of the constant temperature tank can be equipped with automatic lifting   and closing device, which is reliable and convenient.

C. End caps
Our annual production capacity of end caps can reach tens of thousand sets. The material of our end caps is 45# carbon steel or 304# stainless steel. We have several types of end caps, like end seal, external seal and double seal, which fit different diameters of pipes. We can also manufacture special end caps according to your test requirements.
